As you can see, most of this site is aimed at Russian language speakers. However, I am also developing a project of international cooperation around materials for learning English as a foreign language in moodle.net.

We will test out and review materials, giving them marks out of 10.

This page will help to coordinate participants, especially if they can't read Russian.
